Birth Detroit Birth Center is the first and only community freestanding birth center in the city of Detroit.
We are a Black-led, midwifery, maternal health practice. We offer birthing services, wellness care, prenatal/postpartum care, and classes to support your journey.

Our birth center is a home-like place where midwives provide prenatal, birth, and postpartum care. Birth centers are freestanding and not in hospitals. Community birth centers provide safe, culturally-reverent, midwifery-led healthcare for all.
