Childbirth Education Classes

Come and prepare yourself for the journey from the third trimester through the early days of parenting! This class is designed to provide hands-on learning, lecture-based knowledge sharing, and a village of support for expectant parents through pregnancy and beyond!

Partners and Support persons are encouraged and welcomed. 

Topics Covered:

This class will teach the importance of nutrition and stress management during pregnancy, the stages of labor, comfort techniques for labor, postpartum and newborn care, and much more! Handouts and access to birth professionals are included with this 6-week course.

Upcoming Childbirth Education Classes:

Class Capacity: 10-12 participants (6 total couples)

Class Length: 120 minutes (Session includes didactic, dialogue, and activity-based learning.)

The Series consists of six 120-minute sessions over six weeks.
