This community-based learning series is designed to support families planning a home, birth center, or hospital birth.  Learn the importance of owning and knowing your rights as a birthing family, learning the physiology of labor and birth, ways partners can be most helpful and supportive, and so much more! 

This class is for you and your support, learn how to be your most powerful self as your family is born.  Each class is 2 hours with a mixture of hands-on and lecture-based learning, virtual and in-person learning.  

Class Capacity: 10-12 participants (6 total couples) 

​Class Length: 120 minutes (Session includes didactic, dialogue, and activity-based learning.) The Series consists of six 120-minute sessions over six weeks.

This is a hybrid class option; this class series will meet virtually weekly and come in-person for sessions 2 and 6.

Spinning Babies® begins with fetal rotation to reveal the lesser-known physiology of birth anatomy. Your passion, our approach. Start seeing solutions in labor progress with this new lens on childbirth.

This community-based learning series is designed to support families planning a home, birth center, or hospital birth.  Learn the importance of owning and knowing your rights as a birthing family, learning the physiology of labor and birth, ways partners can be most helpful and supportive, and so much more! 

This class is for you and your support, learn how to be your most powerful self as your family is born.  Each class is 2 hours with a mixture of hands-on and lecture-based learning, virtual and in-person learning.  

Class Capacity: 10-12 participants (6 total couples) 

​Class Length: 120 minutes (Session includes didactic, dialogue, and activity-based learning.) The Series consists of six 120-minute sessions over six weeks.

This community-based learning series is designed to support families planning a home, birth center or hospital birth.  Learn the importance of owning and knowing your rights as a birthing family, learning the physiology of labor and birth, ways partners can be most helpful and supportive, and so much more! 

This class is for you and your support, learn how to be your most powerful self as your family is born.  Each class is 2 hours with a mixture of hands-on and lecture-based learning, virtual and in-person learning.  

Class Capacity: 10-12 participants (6 total couples) 

​Class Length: 120 minutes (Session includes didactic, dialogue, and activity-based learning.) The Series consists of six 120-minute sessions over six weeks.

This community-based learning series is designed to support families planning a home, birth center, or hospital birth.  Learn the importance of owning and knowing your rights as a birthing family, learning the physiology of labor and birth, ways partners can be most helpful and supportive, and so much more! 

This class is for you and your support, learn how to be your most powerful self as your family is born.  Each class is 2 hours with a mixture of hands-on and lecture-based learning, virtual and in-person learning.  

Class Capacity: 10-12 participants (6 total couples) 

​Class Length: 120 minutes (Session includes didactic, dialogue, and activity-based learning.) The Series consists of six 120-minute sessions over six weeks.

This is a hybrid class option; this class series will meet virtually weekly and come in-person for sessions 2 and 6.

A warm, judgment-free postpartum support group for moms to connect, heal, and be held in a culturally affirming space.

Join us for a nurturing postpartum support group created specifically for Black mothers. This is a gentle, welcoming space to rest, reflect, and connect with other moms who understand your journey. Whether you’re navigating the early weeks after birth or adjusting to life with a new baby, you are not alone.

Together, we’ll share experiences, offer encouragement, and hold space for the joys and challenges of motherhood—without judgment or pressure. This group centers care, community, and cultural understanding, honoring the strength, vulnerability, and wisdom of motherhood.

Come as you are. Babies are welcome. You deserve support, connection, and a space that feels like home. 💛

Each session is $20 to attend or you can purchase a 1-year membership for $180.
