This in-person class is designed to help you strengthen and maintain during your 2nd trimester of pregnancy (14-27 weeks)

Overview: Back Again! Our 6-week workshop series is designed to support expectant and new parents through movement, education, and community. This collaboration between The Village Personal Training & WellnessBirth Detroit, and Pelvic Noire offers a holistic approach to navigating the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy and helps you prepare for the early months of postpartum, better known as the 4th trimester.

If you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, and prepare for a smoother postpartum recovery while connecting with others on the same journey, this series is FOR YOU!
