These 4-week workshop series are designed to empower expectant and new parents through movement, education, and community.
This in person class is designed to help you strengthen and recover in the 12 months after pregnancy/birth. Each week will have a component of learning, movement and you will walk away with important knowledge as you recover in the first 12 months after pregnancy and birth. Babies are welcomed with their parent!
