Mamas in Motion - 3rd Trimester (May 10th - June 7th)

These 6-week workshop series are designed to empower expectant and new parents through movement, education, and community.

This in person class is designed to help you strengthen and maintain during your 3rd trimester of pregnancy (28-41 weeks). Each week will have a component of learning, movement and you will walk away with important knowledge for this pregnancy and beyond!

What You’ll Gain:

  • Weekly Workshops tailored to each stage of pregnancy and postpartum, led by experts in prenatal and postnatal fitness.

  • Fitness Consultations to address your unique needs and goals.

  • Pelvic Floor Health Sessions from specialists at Pelvic Noire.

  • A Postpartum Mental Health Workshop led by The Sisters Couch, offering tools for emotional resilience.

  • Nutritional Guidance led by an expert maternal health nutritionist
